The Mayors’ Council has selected King George Boulevard, Langley – Haney Place, and Metrotown – North Shore as the regions’s first BRT corridors. The Surrey BRT line will connect King George Station with Semiahmoo Shopping Center in White Rock (Uptown), and all key stops along the way.

Surrey is a dynamic city that is growing quickly! The ability to connect people and places efficiently and safely has a direct impact on our citizens quality of life and local economy.
With Surrey’s BRT route, residents will be able to travel from Surrey Centre to Semiahmoo Town Centre in 40 minutes, 40% faster than current service. The 19 km route with 12 stations will connect Surrey City Centre, Surrey Memorial Hospital, Bear Creek Park, Newton Centre, South Surrey Park & Ride and Semiahmoo Town Centre.
With dedicated bus lanes and signal priority at intersections, BRT will provide reliable service, making commutes faster and more convenient.
