Skye Avenue Kitchen & Lounge is a new luxury dining spot in Surrey, BC, located at 13450 – 102 Avenue, Unit 190, in Central City Mall. Formerly the location of Central Brewing Company, this upscale restaurant offers a unique blend of modern Canadian cuisine with a focus on fine dining techniques and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The menu is curated by Executive Chef Valerio Pescetelli, known for his work at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred Savoy Grill and several high-end establishments in Vancouver. Skye Avenue’s offerings include brunch, lunch, dinner, and an extensive drink selection featuring specialty cocktails and a remarkable whisky collection—the fifth-largest in the world with over 4,500 bottles.
Skye Avenue Kitchen & Lounge aims to create a memorable dining experience with a molecular gastronomy and mixology focus. The venue includes a whisky lounge, two chef’s tables, and two bars, providing a refined yet vibrant atmosphere for its guests.
The restaurant officially opened on November 19, 2023, and operates Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11 am to midnight
